So we are back to Eukanuba Low Residue until all the tests are done. I am stressed out and wish everything will be okay with her! Headache!!!
I hope she is okay! GSDs do have really sensitive stomachs but do enjoy eating everything ! My vet originally put us on Eukanuba and that was not good and then put him on Science Diet. He ate it but then after doing my research realized how horrible this food is! Very disappointed. What my vet did tell me, which may be of some help, is that dogs with long torsos also have a long digestive tract. Making it a longer and harder process to break down food. The white meats are lighter and result in a faster more effective breakdown. If you can or want try Premium Edge it was recommend to me by a GSD breeder and it seems to be wonderful. But some dogs regardless of breed need to be on special food! I hope everything works out and I'm praying for your girl.

My small dog had major stomach troubles as a puppy and her holistic vet recommended Flint River Ranch or a raw diet. After struggling with the raw diet for a while I tried FRR and she responded beautifully. Its not cheap, but my dog is very very healthy and I attribute it to the high quality diet.

Yes this is a good food most tractor supply stores sell this food..we used it for a while but our dog has a skin problem and that food has a lot of carbs which he can not have..so if your dog has not problems it is a good choice and affordable
