Fly strike (collars, outside, ears, home)

Hey everyone,
We have outdoor dogs and the fly strike up here in NE Aurora is terrible. Anyone know of a good product for these dogs? Fly strike powder? We cannot keep them in the garage as it's too hot. Indoor, no way.

16 years ago we had a big fly problem here because of the close proximity of dairy farms. Back then I used to hang a couple of fly traps that you fill with water and then squeeze a capsule thats in the bag. I would hand them outside and replace them about once a week. Sorry I can't remember the brand name but I bought them at Home Depot. It helps but not completely.
