I know we all know about the fireworks scaring dogs, but please remember to tell your friends. A lot of dogs go missing after the fireworks shows, so be sure your dog is wearing identification if they stay outside!

Here's a good article I found; fireworks

Spread the word!!

My dogs hide. One in the kennel, one in the bathtub, and one in its dog house.

haha trlhiker, that's cute they all have their hiding places. when my 40 lb. jrt/english setter would get scared or just want to pout (at anything, not just fireworks), she would try to fit herself under the bed, but all that would fit was her head...haha. so she just layed there w/ her head under the bed and her butt sticking out. it was so cute. she wasn't too scared, so i didn't feel bad laughing and taking pictures of her.

i'm glad you stay inside jessiegee40. that's so sweet of you. i hope everyone makes sure their dogs are safe thie 4th of july.
