As many of you know my Chaos came from The Irving shelter in Texas it is a high kill shleter, does out of state adoptions and has a volunteer group that will help with such. well on face book there is a post of dogs who's time is up and I will tell you if I could have another dog right now I would be winging it back to Texas as there is a 9 mo old 30 lbs female catahoula mix that looks so sweet and adorable. She is built alot like my Jazz was even the ears that I loved so much so I am posting this in hopes that some one out there is looking or knows someone looking for a dog such as her her name is Smokey and she is a beautiful girl! So lets try to find her a home!!! Thanks
I noticed her too. Hopefully she's adopted or the DFW Humane Society in Irving (which shares the campus with the Irving shelter and is NO kill) takes her. Many of the animals at DFW HS come from the Irving shelter if they are highly adoptable. Smokey has been there a month now so she'll become urgent very soon.....
I noticed another girl on there, a collie mix named Ping, whose pictures reminded me of Chaos's dog park pictures. Her personality and joie de vivre comes through just like Chaos.
I wish I could save them all.

I just looked at Ping and you are right! This morning when I saw Smokey and she captured my heart I stopped looking at the others! that shelter sure does get some beautiful dogs what is it about Texas???
