Soo cute! At least they had the heart to bring him to someone and not leave him outside to freeze/starve. Not sure what he is, maybe wait a little longer to be sure.
What an adorable little puppy. So great that he has a warm place to stay and food to eat. Did you try offering him some soft puppy food?
It's so difficult to tell at that young of an age, but based on other pits and pit mix puppies I've seen at the shelters I'd have to agree that there's a high likelihood of that pup being pit and German Shepherd.
Too cute! I'd agree with GSD/Pit, but he's pretty young... could also have Ridgeback, Boxer, Mastiff, Shar-Pei? Wonder how big he will get?! The paws look suspiciously small, but he does have a lot of extra skin.

He's cute! He looks like a Pit/Lab mix to me. Are you going to keep him?
If the kennel manager doesn't keep him, I will keep him until I find a good home for him.
I wish I could keep him, but an apartment with two dogs just won't work. I'm already falling in love with him though...
Glad to hear he will have a safe warm place to spend Christmas at! You are a true Angel for bringing him in and caring for him! God bless you!
He looks like a little pit/mix which means he will make someone a wonderful, loyal companion for life! I will say a prayer that you will find a wonderful, permanent home for him. Good luck and keep us posted.
