I had posted this photo over on the Photography forum...and I want to make sure that everyone considering a JRT/PRT realize that Gator is unique to his breed in regards to his temperment. When in the house all he does is lay around...outside he's lively. He's been like that since I got him as a 4ish year old rescue. This is NOT typical JRT behavior...as a horse person I've been around tons of JRT/PRT's and he is very much the exception.

He loves his bankie and will go to great lengths to get under even a portion of it.

The Laziest JRT in the World

Fantastic!!!

And aren't you lucky??? My Corgi/Lab mix is five years old and I'm waiting for the lazy behavior to start. He's a bundle of energy -- not a lazy bone in his body. In fact, while I'm working, any movement that I make with my legs he sees as indicative that we might be going out. Even though we were just out three minutes ago. Sigh... But I love him. I'd just love him more if he'd lie down for a few more minutes.

My little Chi does the same thing. He likes to go under things....pillows and blankets! Cute doggie you have! My bigger dog used to go under the cover to her bed also.
