I will tell her "no" and distract her from what she isn't suppose to be chewing and replace it with a toy but that does not last very long.
We had (well, have actually) the same problem with our lab. When he is inside and we leave we just make sure that every possible small thing he can chew is out of his reach (tv remotes, mail, magazines, shoes, etc). That way it is harder for him to find something else besides his toys. Plus, we close the doors in all the house so he only has access to the living room, kitchen, and dining room. We do lock him outside sometimes when we leave, but when we give him access to the house is when he is naughtiest *sigh*. What to do..

We also buy him lots of toys, and he chews through them fast! He literally tears every one of his toys into little pieces, even the hardest materials!

Our pup is 6 months old and still a chew-hound, when will it end?! I have heard up to two years, eesh! He actually isn't as bad as he was when he was teething a month or two ago, so that is good.

She has a serious kissy face. The kissy spot is that big smoochy area right below the nose. It's soft like velvet. You kiss it by pushing your lips against it so it smooshes and make a smacking or a "muahhhh" nose.

Yes, lab are the best as long as you know what you are getting into. I love the ones that are amazed when their sweet lab puppy chews up everything. Hello....that's what they do. But only when they are puppies. Those poor folks didn't realize that labs are puppies until they are like THREE. LOL
