Does anyone have or use a dog bike trailer to pull a dog along behind your bike--like the ones for kids? I'd like to try one, I think my dog would like to come along but he's too old to run beside the bike or behind and it's likely too dangerous.

Anyone have a dog bike trailer and like it?

I used to have a bike trailer but loose dogs always seemed attracted to the bike. I did carry a dog for a long time in a basket on the back of my bike.

We got one, but he cried whenever we put him in it, so it didn't work out! If you buy the child one, it's really uncomfortable for dogs. I think he would have liked the dog version, where the area you sit in is flat and padded.
