She has a condition called Evan's disease, takes a steroid and a chemotherapy drug. We have to be really careful what we give her. We were giving her rawhides, which seemed to solve the problem, then she began to have a diarrhea problem. She has chew toys, but she destroys them, and she'll eat them. I saw her chewing on the water hose today, and I'm at wit's end. She's gone through two Kongs. Does anyone have a suggestion?
My jazzy is a chewer and loved to chew all the wrong things during her terrible 2s. jazzy's favorite toy is a regular sized basketball. the outside is destroyed from hours of playing but seriously it's the only toy she hasn't completely torn apart. what's great about the basketball is when jazzy tries to bite down really hard on it the ball usually rolls away from her which gets her all excited to chase it. she can entertain herself for hours with her basketball.

Our rottie had very powerful chewing tendencies and the only bone that made it through his chewing was a gallileo bone....we have had it for 3 years now atleast. Its pricey...about $25 at petco but its the last bone we ever had to buy....the ends are barely whittled down at this point. It looks like a big whitish squiggly heavy..thing! Get the biggest one they had for a lab.
