Anyone heard of a recall on Iverhart Plus? (vet, heartworms, rescue)

I got this email from a rescue group.

I just got a call from my vet regarding Iverhart Plus (ivermectin/ pyrantel)
Heartworm preventative.
They were notified there is a recall.
The lot number that I have is 090073 The problem is not that there is
something in there harmful, apparently it is a problem of NOT enough of the
specific ingredient to protect.
My box is for the "up to 25 lbs" There ARE other lot numbers for larger
dogs so PLEASE check with your vet.

It's not going to hurt the dog...just not enough Invermectim to keep the dog free of heartworms for the full 6 months.

glad i saw this this morning..... gonna be taking dave in for his wellness check today and to get his heartworm preventative..... we use heartguard though....
