I read at work more than 1/3 of the cats and dogs in animal shelters don't get rescued annually. My job recently started a campaign(we're a marketing company) with the Humane Society, The Maddie Fund, and the Ad Council that designed to raise awareness about shelter pets and get them in happy, loving homes.
