My boykin has had ear and eye infection. Took to vet she gave his drops for ears and eyes. Before these got well he has had diarrhea back to vet she gave him foritifloria 1 a day also amforal tabs 2 aday every 8 hours. This was on 9/29/09. He is now vomiting everytime he eats. What can I do.

Only a vet can answer your question, and you should take your dog back to one.

I had a Boykin a long time ago. She had chronic issues with her ears. The breed seems to have big problems in that regard and will require vigilant prophylaxis or you will develop some pretty bad problems later on.

Make sure he is accustomed to and comfortable with regular ear washing. It will make both of your lives much easier.

As far as the vomiting is concerned, that is probably related to the amforol - pretty serious stuff. If you can just get through the five day course I think you will be fine. In the meantime you may try feeding smaller meals more frequently and maybe wetting it down slightly.

If you don't mind my asking, what are you feeding the little guy?
