If you can't afford a vet sign her over to the ASPCA or an animal rescue. Please do not make her wait for medical attention.
Sometimes if you have fallen on bad financial times and take your dog with proof of past vet visits the ASPCA or shelter group they may try to help and take a look at your dog to see if it is a serious injury or not. Best Wishes.
You will need to be careful about taking her to a shelter (ASPCA included) unless you can verify they are a no kill facility. Often owner turn ins are among the FIRST to be put to sleep (and what I think is rotten is not many of them will tell you this) especially if the dog requires ANY medical treatment.
You could call around to some local vets and see if they might either work with you on a payment plan or aid you in rehoming the dog. Sometimes they will, other times they won't, but its worth a shot.
