Macie isn't a farter usually (although lately I've noticed some smellies when it's just her and me downstairs and I know it wasn't ME...). She is, however, a champion burper....she will walk right up to you look up to you with those big, sweet, innocent brown eyes....and "BRAAAAAP".....obviously manners are not her "forte".....

Latetotheparty - ditto on the yogurt but I've always read to use the full fat version, not the low/non fat. I'll have to find the link supporting that.

hhhhmmmm ... thought the point of feeding yogurt was to get the probiotics back into their gut..... wonder if the "whole" is better than the fat-free for that......

Yes, only full fat. Low and fat free contains artificial sugars and xylitol, which is deadly to dogs. Just like sugar free gum.

good to know.... thanks!! but is that true for the plain yogurt too?? i have never given them any flavors like vanilla or any of the others.....
its a good day.... i have learned something.....
wonder if bailey and dave would like the whole yogurt better anyway.....

I guess it's only true for flavored! Sometimes I give mine vanilla, because that's all I have on hand, and it's always full fat. I don't think there are any sweeteners in plain, but I do recall our breeder saying to only use full fat, plain but I don't recall why.
