I'm so pissed off. A friend of mine emailed me, saying that this looks just like PC when he was a puppy. Well, it is PC and it's some byb in North Carolina. I emailed them to remove it, so we'll see what happens. Here's the site in question, and PC in his giants jersey:

Wow....I guess that's a perfect reason to start watermarking all of our pics!
There's gotta be something you can do about it...if they don't take it down. I just don't know what it is!
I'm almost positive they got it on here, since the only other place with this picture is my Facebook, which is set to very private. I think watermarking might be a good idea. I can't believe they put their home address on their website. I'm assuming since they breed Mastifs and Bulldogs, they must live on a huge piece of land and keep the dogs outsided somewhere, and that's just asking for trouble. Let everyone know where the Bulldog puppies reside.
Edited to add: Looks like she removed her full address as of last night, though I still have it, and now just uses city/state.
Oh something is rotten there ANY so called breeder that surfs the net and uses other people's pictures is very very shady...I've known a few breeders that encountered this..watermark for sure...a friend also posts this after he posts his bullie pics...

Yes, I noticed the numerous spelling and grammar errors. And I researched some more, and she has ads on Craigslist, and Kijiji, which confirm her byb status. She also has a quilting business with a site that looks identical to this one. I wonder if she stole quilt pictures as well. And if you have to make a statement saying you're not doing this for money, then you clearly are. Poor dogs and poor people that end up with them and have to deal with medical issues down the road.

Yeah, and that's as worthless as the pixels it uses. You can SAY that all you want, but unless you follow it up it doesn't mean diddly squat. It's like a dog...bark all you want, but unless you've got teeth and a bite to enforce things, it's just noise.
Bottom line is, the best you can do is get them to remove it from their site. Unless you make your living by selling photos, you haven't been financially damaged by the pic being up there, so no judge is going to give you any compensation. (speaking in the generic you, not specifically about YOU )
