Sorry, no poop issues. Instead, my DH ran over our neighbor's dog yesterday. He seems okay, some bleeding on the paw but he was walking/visiting over again today with a regular gait. Still, a bit swollen in the area although he allowed us to inspect the pad/leg without a growl or wince. Still, a sleepless night.

We're always so careful to check under the vehicles and remind all visitors, pest control, etc., to check before they leave. Can't believe this happened. Vet said just a doggy ibuprofen for a day or two and try to keep the big guy resting (good luck with that).

We're very rural so their 12dogs and our 3 dogs run freely back and forth because they seemingly believe everything within their site is "the property they must inspect and protect".

Just thought I'd take the Artie issue off of Dawn for a few... Best to you Dawn and Artie.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry!

When I saw the title of the thread, I was all, "Uh oh! Who has poop issues?" and "Oh, it's probably some funny video."

I'm so sorry for your DH (that must have been traumatic for him) and for the dog (that must have been traumatic for him), but THANK YOU for the shout out to me and Artie.

Nope, sorry, no poop stories. Plenty of bat-eating, mouse and rat-presents... but we need not go there - ever! Gosh that was gross. Oh, can't forget the deer antlers and partial head... yuck. Share your stories until Artie gets sprung!

Sorry to hear about the dog, but I'm glad he's ok! Artie's coming home on Monday!!!! We can all share stories until the reunion, which I hope is posted on YouTube shortly after it happens!

I discovered that my boys love coconuts! I always buy young coconuts, and stick a straw in there to drink the water. I shared the inside with them last week and they were in heaven! If anyone cares to see a picture, I posted one in the Picture thread!

Too funny! Shadow loves coconuts, but she likes to find whole ones that have washed up on the beach. Great fun trying to break them open. Even greater fun shredding all of the stuffing on from the outer shell.

SBFL - just because we all miss Artie's poop stories, your husband can't go around running over the neighbor's pets just for entertainment. Aim for the kids...................

Glad puppers was ok and hope hubby's not too traumatized!
