YES - very....he injured a leg several years ago - and has limited mobility since, but my parents haven't adjusted his food accordingly

you see and hear about the "blue heeler" more often ..... but there are red versions as well...... both are nicknames for the australian cattle dog, aka, queensland heeler (i think)

As you can tell, I don't keep up with breeds...so I didn't know you were talking about an actual bear. I thought it could be the name of a new dog breed.

Her snout looks a bit long to be full Pittie.

I vote Lab/Pit mix, or, just as likely, another blend of breeds that hasn't occurred to anyone - possibly several of them.
