Glad all is well with your girl.
Regarding the spay, everything is well. No licking, no pain, no whatsoever.
However for the past few days i noticed that she needs to "pee" a lot of times, although not all times there is pee. Hmm.. am i making sense?

For example, early in the morning, i let her out.
She made her first pee action. A normal puddle.
10 seconds later, she made her 2nd pee action. The 'coin-sized' puddle.
Another 20 seconds later, she made her 3rd pee action. This might be a drop.
Another 10 seconds later, another pee action. There might be a drop sometimes or not, (or its too little i cant see it)

Everytime after she pees, she will lick the pee pee part

Is she having UTI? Or is her kidney not working right after the anesthesia?

Her drinking seems normal though.

I thought of only taking her to the vet after 10 days from her spay when she needs to take the stitches out.

In the meantime, this morning i poured a bit of Apple Cider Vinegar on her food. Apparently it helps for UTI.

well, today is day 6 after her spay..... if she is on antibiotics for the spay, that could have upset the normal flora and fauna in her urinary tract and left her susceptible to a uti ..... i would call the vet and tell them what she is doing and see what they say, especially seeing how it is still 4 more days until her checkup......

Hi everyone,

Thanks to latetotheparty for reminding me that i forgot to update.

Rainbow is doing very well now.

She had a bit of UTI after the spay. I started to put Apple cider vinegar on her food. She's all better now. Just took of her stitches today

I swear on the miracles of Apple cider vinegar. Healed her from UTI, ear yeast, wounds, bites.

I really think every dog owner must have a bottle of ACV in the house. Lots of uses for the dog. Google and you will be amazed!
