I started with stainless steel, but Rainbow doesn't like it.
Using ceramic now, and Rainbow loves it.. more convenient as well as it's microwavable.

i use small to medium ceramic mixing and/or serving bowls .... can get 'em from goodwill or somewhere similar and not spend so much on a "doggie" bowl......

Stainless steel. Much easier for me to see if the bowl needs to be washed right away.

Stainless steel. Nothing bothers Nanners, other than an empty food bowl.

Artie came to me with stainless steel bowls, but I moved onto ceramic (only to be able to match with my kitchen). Artie's finicky, no matter what he eats out of, though. There's no easy way to get him to eat, sadly.

LOL! You've got a deal! I could use a week with a sweet, non-monster dog. And one that I don't have to beg to eat? Bonus!

I used a small clear glass mixing bowl for Willie before we bought our stainless steel one. We started out with cheap plastic bowls, which I prefer, but he turned them into chew toys pretty quickly.
