Perhaps some Red Heeler (Australian Cattle Dog ) in there. Is this a rural area? The face does look like Corgi, too.

No, I probably got the breed (or country) wrong. The dog I saw was much smaller than that...the breed I was thinking of is the one that climbs trees and sings/howls - they can also bark, but do so rarely (so the owner told me).

Ah, whatever she is, she looks like a cute lil' ol' fox to me. But I agree with the Spitz comment. Maybe Finnish Spitz mix? She's adorable no matter what!

Super cute, whatever she is! She's probably a mix of two or more breed and it may be easier to tell as she fills out. I almost see some corgi in her, but hard to tell from her posture.

Chihuahua, pomeranian, spitz or american eskimo, corgi. Poms look like this when they're shaved & they can get pretty big too.
