I have never been so happy to see a Friday in my entire life! Too bad I have to work 9 hours today :/

I'm starting to stress out. I don't know how I'm going to cook everything -- aside from the grill stuff (which is Jeremy's territory) -- simultaneously.

Check out the Food Forum (What's for Dinner thread) to see the menu. It turns out there will NOT be room on the grill for the shrimp, scallops, and asparagus (which will need to be broiled in the oven instead, but I'll be needing the oven to bake the potatoes). Sigh...

At least the Lemonade Pie is ready to go!

Sautee the asparagus on the stovetop in a non-stick pan with a little bit of olive oil, ground black pepper and lemon! That's the way I used to do it.

VERY LONG 4 DAY WEEK HERE.
Last week was 4 day week, also.
POOR HUUBY........we've decided we must be old, if we can't make it thru a 4 day week.
