Poor fellow could hardly move out there in the yard. The two cats just adored him.
It takes time.......go slowly......An older cat might not change to liking the dog.
But, many of our cats over the years got along fine with various of our dogs.

It might be unnatural in the wild but we are talking about domesticated animals.

I see them together all the time both here and at other houses.

Yeah, I post it everytime someone wants to know if cats and dogs get along and which breeds. I love it too and my dogs don't even show that much affection to each other let alone a cat.
