Olecapt: A lot of folks think of their dogs as four legged kids so many can take offense as altering a pic without using the owner's permission first. The best of intentions may have been thought of but in this case it is better to ask for permission instead of asking for forgiveness later.

I reacted the way I did because I and several of my friends have had their work stolen and passed off as someone else's or altered, I don't think that is an over reaction at all. And I do really understand.
