The Sandstone City Council kept coming to the meetings even though cities were not invited (only County reps) and proposed a Sandstone stop on the route and even paid for architectural drawings of an $8 million dollar depot.

Is there an official name for this project? I'm having trouble finding anything about it online, probably because I don't really know what to call it. Anybody know of any websites or other sources?
