That sign really is huge I took a look at it today, a big eye catcher. I've never eaten at a texas roadhouse but i'm excited for it, however I'm also a bit let down to know they don't serve lunch except on weekends. the website says their normal hours are 4pm-10 weekdays and 11 am - 10pm weekends

Good food. I love being able to eat shelled peanuts and throw them on the floor. Burgers are great. Every meal comes with warm bread with a dusting of butter and cinnamon. So good. You can make reservations by calling in. Sign up under their website and you will get freebies on your anniversary and birthdays. On your birthday they will make you ride a saddle and go YeeHaw. I am so glad to see one come here. I moved from Bismarck a couple years ago and we had one there.

Its funny, I was just about to post about Texas Roadhouse! I drove by also tonight and could not believe my eyes. It is so bright and so eye catching. It looks simply amazing. I too agree that with Olive Garden and Texas Roadhouse on that hill that it just makes the area look awesome. I cannot believe how it has changed the look of the area. It still seems weird to me that they dont plan on opening until the 25th of January. Doesnt it seem like they could open in a week? But training can take a while.
On another note. Culvers walls are going up and Maple Grove Road will be finished by the end of the week!

Sorry if I completely missed something, but Culver's is going up on Maple Grove Rd if I'm not mistaken? Awesome.
And I think the Texas Roadhouse looks awesome. Though I think they should have held off on signage until the opening time, it may confuse some people into thinking it's open.

Oh alright, that's a great spot for it too. I haven't paid attention to Trinity Rd, even though I've driven on it more than normal the last week.

Sorry! That was my fault! Culvers is going on the corner of Mall Drive and Trinity Road. I meant to separate the fact that Maple Grove Road will be finished by the week, as in the road construction! Sorry!
I just find it interesting that Texas Roadhouse has not only lit up their building, but also lit up all their signs and put up their flags. I dont really understand why they would have the flags up two months before they open, not to mention why they would have the entire building lit up and all the lights inside on. So I have two theories. One is that they are just trying to attract attention from people and get them to realize that Texas Roadhouse is not only in Duluth and finished, but is ready to open. Or my other theory is that they are just testing everything out for a few nights to make sure it works. I mean when I drove by last night Lakehead Signage was still putting up a Texas Roadhouse on the side of the building.

3 days until 5 guys opens? Sweet. I saw a white escalade platinum edition downtown with the license plate "5 GUYS" So I know some big shot is in the area I wonder if that was the CEO of the chain or just the owner for ours? Maybe they are scouting out a downtown location too u never know.

The owners are from St. Cloud. So it could have been them you saw. I actually am thinking that Five Guys is going to try to open another location in Duluth downtown being their website lists Duluth's location as Miller Hill Mall, not just Duluth. So I believe they made that location specific because they have plans to open more.
