I heard that Panera Bread is interested in Duluth. Has anyone else heard of this? I have never been to one, but heard that they are good.

What are the "anchor" stores at the Miller Hill Mall? Our mall's (Crossroads) anchor stores are JCPennies, Macys, Sears, Target and Scheels.

It's not quite as nice as Marshall Field's. It's more like a Herbergers if you know what that is. The Rosedale Mall has one.

Yep, I know what Herbergers is. It was founded here in St Cloud. The SCSU business school is named after G.R. Herberger. They have a big department store downtown.

Its great that the Comfort Suites expansion is finally a go! I have known about it for almost five years and nothing has happened. Also the old Gander Mountain has now two tenants taking its space. There is 8,400 square feet left. Both tenants are national. By the way aluminumpork I drove by where Subway is being built and saw the sign you talked about. I find it funny that they have a permanent sign up even before the building has started.

I got on Welsh Company's website and looked at the Gander Mountain and Duluth Hill profiles and niether show that anything is leased. Where are people getting their sources from?
