Welsh is doing some of the leasing but not the majority. There are about three companies that are trying to lease the space. Welsh, CMRA (Where I found out) and you can find it on loopnet also. I have talked to a person from CMRA who is telling me this.

The Duluth Hill news is second hand, involving a good friend of mine. His friend is regional manager for Texas Roadhouse and according him they'll be building up there. I assume it's not at the point yet where it would be announced on a realty company's website.

Yes you are right aluminumpork. I also just received an email from Culvers saying that they have a site in Duluth that they have signed a deal for. They will start construction soon. I asked about the site but I am awaiting a reply email. When will Texas Roadhouse start construction?

I've only been told late summer, which is disappointing if it's true.

Are you a developer or something? Most of these places are locally owned franchises. You should open up one of the chains that you would like to see in Duluth.
