I definently agree with you newcastle. A restaurant and two large box retailers would do the site some good.

I've looked around and can find nothing. However, you'll notice that the houses are being taken apart slowly bit by bit.

Yes I did notice that. I saw that the garage is gone on the blue house on Myrtle and also that they have a garage on wheels in another lot. I am curious of how these new buildings will be positioned, where the entrances will be, where the signs will be and the DESIGN of the buildings.

Yeah. I've looked around quite a bit, and the contractor's website is stuck in the 90s. Terrible, with no useful info.

I just heard that the Target workers are trying to get corporate to build a Super Target in Duluth. They want the new store to be where currently K-Mart, the old Michaels Space and Country lanes is. Lets hope they can get it done!

I find it strange that they would have any say in what Target Corp would build in Duluth. The market will dictate if Duluth can handle a Super Target. Is that the only Target in Duluth? |
