BragGameRights - they have some pics on their website of the construction - looks like they will be going on upper floor?
Daisies and Daydreams

No word on the Pizza Ranch or another restaurant!
I have e-mailed the company that is leasing this property as well as Welsh Companies regarding the former Gander. Niether one responded. I have never heard of BragGameRights or Daisies and Daydreams, are they local? I hope a good restaurant will complement them, and a bigger Nevada Bobs will be great, too!

Well I can tell you that the only thing going on with Gander Mt. is that BWW is locating in the corner section and they are in talks with a larger national tenant for the 18,000 sq foot parcel.

It should be set in stone. But there is always something that could go wrong. But they have signed on to the site and are not a proposed tenant, they are marked as a for sure tenant. No word on opening day yet.

I emailed BWW and they claim they scouted locations here but have no plans to have a store open in duluth.....is this is some misinformed person that replied to me or are they trying to keep it a secret?

Its a set reply they have for people. I already talked to the leaser of the building who confirmed they are opening there. Hey, I emailed them on Monticello, Minnesota getting a Buffalo Wild Wings and they said they dont have any plans for one. Well the funny thing is they already built the location and are interviewing for jobs right now for the location. They try to fool people.

Well, I haven't been up there in a few days, but last time I was, they had torn down all of the houses on that lot finally. I'm glad those houses are gone, they were an eye sore (except the one on the back of the lot, but they moved their house).

I'm assuming construction will start soon.

I was there a Monday and nothing had been done yet. It seems like they are taking a lot of time to start construction. It seems to me as if they would want to use this valuable summer time construction season. Guess they really dont care.

Actually my bet is that a lot of the development by the mall will wait until MNDOT is done with the highway reconstruction up there. I think it would be tough to try and open a
new location when no one will really want to be driving up that way for a while. Could make for a awful grand opening if there is a ton of construction going on.
