News on Culvers! Culvers is working on moving their building slightly over a bit on their site so that they will use the least amount of fill as possible. Today I drove by and there are property stakes all over the sight! Sounds like work is going to begin pretty soon.

Wow. I am very impressed with the landscaping at Target! I have never seen so many trees and bushes! And all are not one type! I guess MNDOT taking a large amount of their parking stores worked in our favor. We got a nicer Target parking lot out of it!
A company just bought the rights to Sonic in Duluth and two other areas in Minnesota. They are already looking for spaces in Duluth and are trying to open a location here within the next few years.

Anyone know if the Culvers is under contract for construction yet, or is still open for GC bids yet?
Any word on who signed the rights for sonic?

It sounds to me like Culvers has already put out a bid for their store construction and that they have selected a builder. I could be wrong. They are planning to start construction very soon, so you would think they would already have a contract with a construction company.
All I know is it is a company, not a single individual.

Gee, a Sonic drive-in. They have some nice muchies.  Frequented them in other states (like Arizona in the winter). |

The construction company for the Culvers restaurant was supposed to be Nels Nelson of Cloquet but they just went out of business so they are probably looking to the next bid or starting the process over. The company I work for was to do the landscaping but that is going to be re-bid as well.

Have you seen the site plans for Culvers? Being you guys were suppose to do the landscaping... I hope you guys win the bid for the landscaping the second time around.
Good news for all those Noodles and Company lovers out there. I emailed the Minnesota franchise owner and he said that they are currently looking at Duluth for a location. Lets hope they get here quick!

SWEET! To be honest, I have never been to a Noodles and Company until today, in St.Paul. Deeelish. I'd love to have one up here, it's definitely my kind of place.

You have got to be kidding me. You had not been to Noodles and Company until today?!? YOU HAVE BEEN MISSING OUT ON SOOOOOO MUCH FOR SOOO LONG. What did you have? I would love to see a Noodles and Company locate in Duluth Hill... along with T Mobile, Jimmy Johns, Papa Murphys and Supercuts... Ha. I have a lot wishes.
