Actually the "Southern Califronia" is what the store is, its what the store will be designed to feel like and look like. If you went to MOA and saw Ruehl's box out there's say's "Greenwich Village by Abercrombie and Fitch." Its just a little thing Abercrombie and Fitch does.

Looked on Auntie Annes website and it shows Duluth as the only district in Minnesota the company wants a franchise in. Lets hope one opens at the mall soon.

Maybe they could take over where Mrs. Fields is. They never have any cookies out even if you were hungry for one. I went there one day to pick up a bunch because I didn't feel like baking and they only had a dozen cookies out. It was very disappointing. I do wonder though if Auntie Annes could make it. Cinnabon wasn't able to make it, Mrs. Fields never seems to have product so how can you make a profit? I wonder if this is a dead zone.

I think Mrs. Fields does actually well here. It seems weird that they never have cookies when you are there, I always seen a ton but then again I am there at weird times. I know some people that work there and I guess it took them a while to get going but it seems now that they are doing well. Didnt we have an Auntie Annes store in the mall before?

I think it may have been Pretzel Time, but I'm not positive. They were over by the Theatre (next to McDonalds at the time) and were combined with an Orange Julius.

Ahh yes it was. My mistake. I hope we get an Auntie Annes. They are pretty much opening up everywhere in Minnesota but Duluth. The only problem is that they are a franchise.

I am curious to see if our mall is getting the new Spencer's prototype. They are having a huge sale and I heard a woman in the store a month ago talking about the new prototype and how she didnt like it. But then she kept talking about our store and the new prototype. Has anyone heard anything?
Also I wonder if our Aeropostale will be remodeled into the new prototype? Their new stores look amazing and look very nice and high end. I hope we do get the new prototype.

It would be nice if Spencers did because then every retailer in the section will either be new or have remodeled in the last year and a half.
Plus I think that if Aeropostale remodeled and Eddie Bauer became Buckle I think that would do a lot for the image of the food court. Not saying this stores are ugly at the moment, both are very nice. But still if we could have those new prototypes, well will be getting Buckles but who knows where, both prototypes it would be great!

I think Aeropostle is too small for what they try to pack in there. I read that the company in general is doing better, so I think a new storefront would do them wonders. Sorry, but Eddie Bauer is staying so no remodel into Buckle there.
