I could see Apple going into Buckles old space being its so big and straight... no interesting architectural characteristics to it... just what Apple likes. That really would do some good for that area. I dont think Gymboree or Tradehome are going to close now. Gymboree is more interested in moving to a larger space in the mall. The Childrens Place is thinking about closing. Coach really could locate a store in Duluth... thats another brand that has a huge, and when I say huge I mean HUGE, clientel in Duluth. It is ridiculous how many Coach bags there are in Duluth. Thats is another store that I am not quite sure why they havnt opened in Duluth yet. Rochester just got one last year, they are similar to Duluth. I really do like Buckles new store though... they have some very interesting architecture. Zara would be nice... but considering that MOA doesnt even have one yet... its gonna be a while till Duluth get ones. I also am very curious to see what fills Waldenbooks space! It is huge and is in an extremely busy part of the mall. Also is the Dollar Store on a month to month lease because it is not listed as a permanent store on the malls website.... If they left that would open a great space for some retailer to locate in. Its really interesting when I go to the mall now because all of the mall use to be so busy.... but now its just the Sears and Younkers wings that are extremely busy. When you get past Helzberg's everything is dead. The mall really needs to work on landing a major tenant for that area.

This mall in y opinion needs alot more light in the area by abercombie and regis. It is so dark and crampt. maybe it they put in a skylight by the new halmark that area would be more desireable.
It really wonders me what is going to go next to cold water.
H&M would be perfect. A good size and they could have an exterior enty/exit.
That would make that end a little more busy

Five Guys will be going in the far left space, the smallest space. H&M could go outside and then take up part of the interior space too!
I also think the entire mall needs more light. It is extremely dark. The renovation plans that are supposedly in the works are suppose to add more light. Hallmark really lightens up that area now.

ehh hallmark didnt really need that nexdoor space all they needed was a new exterior. A more important store couldve gone in there. i have read recent responses and what is 5 guys burgers and fries. all i know is this mall needs something good. H&m is probably what needs to happen for sure.
i just talked to my aunt from vegas and she said that they dont even have a buckle out there yet but soon. where did the buckle originate.

Hallmark didnt have the choice of whether to move or not. The mall forced them to move next door due to negotiations with Build A Bear Workshop to take Hallmarks old space. Otherwise Hallmark didnt want to move... it actually cost them quite a bit of money they didnt have to move. But they also liked the bigger space... and the new store looks very nice.
I believe Buckle originated out east somewhere.
Five Guys is a fast food burger joint.... it will be nice addition to the mall but not nearly a savior type of tenant.

Build A Bear Workshop most likely will do very well in Duluth due to the lack of toy stores... but they are also quite expensive.
The three open food court spaces really need to fill up! Heres my plan. Auntie Annes goes where Mrs Fields was being they want to go in the mall, A&W filled the end cap space previously occupied by Happy Days, and the Burger King space be filled by Chik Fil A.
Gap is closing on the within the next week. Gap Kids still has a little bit of clothes in the back of the Gap store. I cant believe their closure date has come so soon!
