Default Apartments/Townhomes in Hermantown, Duluth area
I will move in around the end of July. It seems that there aren't many apartments or townhomes in Hermantown. The only one I find from the Internet is Deerfield Luxury Townhomes; does anybody know other apartments/townhomes in Hermantown, Duluth area?

Yeah, there are a few others others. A lot went up in the area in the past few years, and I think they've had a lot of trouble selling them. Best thing to do would be to go to realtor.com and search for townhomes in the Duluth area. One that I can think of right now near Hermantown is Fountain Gate Townhomes.

Contact Timberridge in Hermantown. They are right by Deerfeld. They are back off the main road compared to the location of Deerfeld.

I agree. Timber Ridge Townhomes are pretty nice.. They're new and leaps and bounds better than Deerfield.

There are some new luxury townhomes/apartments being built for graduate students and facult or staff for the colelges. Not sure if that is what you want. Chekc out Welcome to Summit Ridge // Summit Ridge, Duluth MN or try Luxury Condos in Duluth, Minnesota - Lester River Condominiums
