We also need to export more than we import. That would be a nice start. Right now the USA has the largest trade deficit IN THE WORLD. We rank 191/191 at -561 billion. The 190th country (spain) is at -66 billion... However on a positive note that the negative trade balance has shrank. In 2006 our trade balance was -800 billion.

Probably not, but we have to restart somewhere.

National awareness as the global economy collapses will just keep growing. I'd like to see if they franchise.

Why is this thread called "Solution to America's Future"? It is only about one businessman's solution to his own future.

It reminds me of "The Fearmonger's Shop" on Prairie Home Companion. A store that specialized in things bought by people of a certain mindset. There will always be people of that mindset, and opening a store to cater to them will not change their numbers, nor their overall impact on the nation's economy.

Fox News strikes again with shrill but irrelevant disinformation.

Every crop starts with one seed.

Water it, give it nutrients, and watch it grow.

Keep buying that Chinese crap, and we surely won't ever know if we can be a great nation again.

I am thinking we should open up some "learn to swim" classes here aboard the US Titanic.

Sailors and fishermen never learn to swim. It takes too long to die.
