They are the same banks and they destroyed Europe with currency swaps just as they destroyed our economy with derivatives. So basically the top 1% have stolen enough of the worlds wealth to make currency itself questionable as a basis for transactions. So I guess the world will just go back to barter as we fall back into the dark ages.
On the bright side perhaps once we are there perhaps there will be justice for those who brought us there
