Just neo-feudalism with debt peonage these days. Who needs that all that getting on your knees and swearing fealty crap?

When a country’s citizenry sees their land assets being auctioned off, they may take an interest in how their Gov’t/Economy ought to be run; paying taxes & responsible spending would be a start.

I say if a country can’t adapt to the new Global reality, let the financial apparatus have them. Then the responsible countries can see what happens (via video Zoo cams) when they let their finances run astray—very inspiring IMHO.

Maybe, with today’s vast internet technology, the populace can learn/break from the financial shackles they keep getting themselves into since antiquity?

happens in many 3rd World countries, half their land is sold off to Chinese developers, whilst the people starve.
