I like to hear about these stories . I haven't used the service, but i've browsed a lot. Very nice design and easy to use.

It seems like billionaires are being minted quickly now...I guess a billion is the new million..

Doesn't really say anything about if they're making any money, just what VC funds are willing to value them at.

Making no money didn't stop Facebook from making Mr. Zuckerberg, his sister and countless others instant billionaries. Didn't stop one the original founders of FB from chucking his American citizenship and legging it overseas taking his cashed out millions with him either.

Liberal left keeps screaming about "inequality" as if is something being done deliberately, rather than instances like this; person or persons get together and build something that people want.

Do regular hotels use AirBnB?

Are you legally allowed to use AirBnB if you own a private house with lots of rooms, and just rent the rooms out like a bed and breakfast?

Or is it specifically for Bed and Breakfast establishments?

I am just wondering who the clients are.

Anyone that wants to rent a room, targeted at normal people using their homes.

There have been some rumblings from local governments because they aren't getting their full share.

What nobody wants to say is highly overvalued and easily replicated, but some the vulture capitalist firms would have the general public thinking they just invented the next Model T.
