I like a mug that keeps things hot, as I often get distracted right after I make a cup of tea. I prefer a tall mug with a handle with finger molds and a lid. However, I have a K-Cup machine and tall mugs don't fit under it. I am looking for a 16 or 18 ounce short mug for using at home.

Funny, I never get rid of a mug. I also have about 20 that I never use.

I like this mug http://www.logotoyou.com/Travel-Coff...-p/sm-6716.htm

One thing I will not use is a plastic mug. They just don't keep stuff hot. Of course I do have a set of Tervis mugs and I love them as well. http://www.custom.tervis.com/

Top of my list: A handle I can get more than two fingers through. Two or less - trash can.

Something with a little weight to it. Light mugs aren't, if you know what I mean.

I've always thought that in a mixed environment (work or any other place where a group leaves mugs out) an area with a surface you put your name on, like credit cards, would be cool.

No mugs with chrome or metal lettering on them, you can't put them in the microwave.

I am really picky about my mugs. I love (and collect) fine dainty porcelain mugs. My favorite mug is an "Old Country Roses" mug or really.. any thin lipped mug. I don't really care for chunky, clunky big mugs but if that's the only thing going I'll be happy to drink my morning coffee from it.

We have approx. 50 cups from EVERYPLACE we've been in 15 yrs of marriage. I would love one that is well balanced and holds one(1) POT of coffee.......
