It's getting pretty pricey by historical standards. Not sell-everything-and-stay-liquid pricey, but definitely sell-index-funds-and-pick-stocks if you can pricey. Wish my 401K had a brokerage window; oh well.

Which stock market?

I don't think there is over-valuation of equities at the global level, but in specific areas there may be.
