Haha, pretty true. If someone has a $1 million net worth, then most likely they own a nice paid-off home and are well on their way to financial security - provided they know how to manage their finances.

Outside of the U.S. and other high COL countries, $1 million is a pretty big deal and you can easily live the rest of your life on it.

A millionaire? Sure. A 10-millionaire? Most likely - think of people near retirement who haven't tapped their savings yet.
