This is a classic misunderstanding of what economic is about, you want a money manager... hire an accountant. If you want to understand the implications of money policy hire an economist. Your argument is similar to those made by too many people who tried to equate balancing a household budget with marco economic policy. Either an economic theory works or it doesn't and economic theories are tested and retested on the road every single day.
