I would assume the elites are those with mega-bucks. $100M and up. Mostly up. What's good for the elites might be good for the 1-10%'ers. $5M should enough for most anyone. If you're just starting out with $5M you might have some small chance at becoming an elite before you croak. But it will surely take a lot of work and luck. Trump's done it! lol
