Health and 401k, and automatically get 2 weeks a year after 90 days. So yea i am happy about my benefits, and were consider a small company. Since i see and deal with his financials, company makes about 5 million a year in sales, and his profit is %35. So he is happy with that and not planning on increasing prices or his margin anytime soon. So just because your small, doesnt mean you can't do something to give the employer other than a check. I know some situation it is impossible, but offer something. Even 2 weeks paid vacation will make me happy..
