This has been one of the longest expansionary periods (albeit a little sluggish at times) but my guess is it might last another several years or so. In the Los Angeles/Orange County area where I'm from I'm still seeing some healthy pay raises for skilled workers.


But then again, recessions hit when least expected so I really have no clue.
