What could possibly go wrong?
Time tested way to end a hyperinflation is that in time the people go from their currency to barter trade and eventually foreign currencies. If they get bitcoins and turn it into dollars... together with financial reform and involvement of IMF, it can help to start things up. Question is how many of them have a bank account and internet access.

This is fallacy, mostly.

More fantasy. Looking for the purple unicorn mostly.

Exactly. But even having that, the underlying economic/infrastructure fundamentals are so broken that a bank account and net access won't matter.
