One time at Walmart, the cashier didn’t charge me for a knife that I was trying to purchase. So I got a free knife. Yay!

Well that's someone else's culture. You can't impose culture on people who don't want it.

Personally if some creepy old guy kissed my young daughter without permission, he would have been sent to the infirmary.

It would kind of depend on whether a kiss was offered to everyone in the party, if the waiter was doing it with other guests, if the waiter had been asked to stop... or if it was just this one girl.
