If I had paper filed, I would have stapled them on back of new shorter 1040 form as I think they want the Name area left clear. This based on the past practice of attaching them in the middle of the old long form.
They said many years before not to atttach anything. No glue either. If you want to keep everything together, just put a small paper clip.
