I don't think you got much of a real answer to your question. CD is too political, even when the topic should be technical. I don't know the answer either and would love one much as you. Not just to this, but many other questions. Unfortunately it doesn't take long to go off the rails. I just don't think we have the ability anymore to discuss these types of topics with politics overwhelming the discussion and that makes me sad.
