Since they're on the verge of replacing a good percentage of their floor staff with robots, pretty good. It's the ED-209 security bots that might cause trouble.

I picked-up an online-order from Walmart.com inside a store. I used one of the kiosks and my order came to me very quickly, impressive.

Not bad! Wally World is still taking out "dead peasant" insurance on their low-level employees. Check out the practice if you aren't familiar with it.

Everything I have at hand says this practice largely died out after the tax loopholes were closed in 2006. Do you have a cite that WM still does it?

Companies can still do it, as long as the following are met:

-Notify and obtain the consent of employees.

-Restrict COLI to the highest-paid 35 percent of the company’s workforce and anyone with at least a 5 percent ownership stake in the business.

-Provide detailed COLI reports annually to the IRS.

And if these prior points are not met, not too big of a deal. Basically the companies taking out the dead peasant insurance would forfeit some of the COLI tax advantages.

You know, I thought I remember reading in their 10k about the material risk of losing you as a customer.

Funny guy. I do not fit their ignorant consumer customer profile.

I may be one of the last people in North America to have never set foot in a WM. Simply cannot see the appeal on any level, for any reason, regardless of their trashy reputation.
