The big winners are education, state and local governments, and the airlines. Small businesses will get more loans to cover a few months of rent. Looters will get their usual vig, ~ $90B.
Latest news I’ve read is that Pelosi is now backing this deal, she never said sorry for blowing up a much bigger deal she could have had before the election.
The governments and central banks will do whatever they can to prop up this bankrupt financial system.
